Great job - I really like the skip weave - I hadn’t seen that before. I’ll have to add that to Cirque’s repertoire. Thanks!
really great! you explain things so very well.
another 5* video and favs
Great Video! it’s going to be the next one I work on with Clover!
Good video¡¡¡ And….
¿a new dog?…..
Congratulations..
I love Kiko working this exercise.
nice video, i totally skipped the leaning with the legs step when i taught this. that will help it become more fluid I think, I’m going to go back and add it. thanks! and I am asking santa for a head nodding video!!!
Really awesome! I want to teach happy Skip weaves and jump weaves! It just awesome! Great Job!! Cant wait for more tricks training video from you guys!
It would have been a lot better without adding the distraction of the music.
Yeah, I had the music too loud, I was trying to drown out the noise of the loud freeway. Its a bit of a brain information overload! I think this is the crappiest of all the videos Ive made, because I just threw it together in a rush. It was taken on a High Def. camera, which made it problematic to edit. So I just gave up and smashed it all together (you can tell). Im not going to use High Def again until I get a new computer…
Very cool video thank you! I love your dogs, especially Kiko. I have a chihuahua myself and I am training her simple commands now but eventually I hope to train her these cool tricks as well. Your training methods are helpful, and they work too! Keep up the awesome vids ^.^
Nice break down into steps of how to teach this! Thanks!
I love your videos and I’ve never seen the skip weave before, I’ll have to teach Toby that when he can walk better again.
And I love the quote at the end. So true.
Bravo! Muy buen video. Besos.
the music is better than the freeway noise, so you did the right thing. plus for me it added a flow to the video and made the weave training sort of like a dance. you have a talent for movement, and for narration. a training artiste!
Thanks!
I appreciate it!
It may not be your favorite vid Kikopup but I really liked it. I’m going to try this with my Dogs .
I totally need to try the skipping weave and jumping weave with Winnie tomorrow, lol!
oh my god kiko weaving and pawing in the air is the cutest thing ever!
tottaly going to try this! My dog isn’t timid, she just doesn’t learn quite as fast on some things as on others. I’ve tried this, but she’d much rather sit still untill I tell her to do somthing else.
..That brings a question.
My dog will often do a trick, though after a while, or at the begining, she’ll stop and wait or refuse to do it untill I make her do somthing else that she knows. How can I change that?
Happy Tails,
Harper, Snickers, and Baxter
Looks like a fun work out! xD
Omg I did exactly what you said and Pepe is really good at the weaving through legs! Thanks, this really really helped!!
I am teaching my dog Riley this trick and it is working great… I had a question though - do you only use body language and hand ques or do you have a verbal que as well?… I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS by the way! You are an awesome trainer!
