Dogs in Hotels

Work sent me to Seattle for a couple of days, so I thought I’d bring the dogs with me so they too can get out of Oregon.
After 4.5 hours on the road and an introduction to a new cramped hotel room, I thought the dogs would be weary of their new environment.
Does laying in cush beds and chewing on sticks count as a difficult adjustment period?
