Today at work, we had our doggie Halloween party. There were sweets and drinks for humans and dogs alike, and lots of awesome costumes floating around.

We even had a professional pet photographer taking pictures of pets in their costumes, for a small donation that all goes to Greenhill Human Society.

Pom Pom came to work with me, and Casper, Yoshi, and Dustin joined us for a little bit of the party. Unfortunately, Casper was a bit overstimulated by all of the commotion, and reacted by regressing to his whimpering self. Yoshi was also a bit overstimulated, and reacted by just not moving at all.

Pom Pom, who was just fine by all of the commotion, got temporarily taken for granted by yours truly since she was being so good (it’s okay, I’m making up for it tonight).

Dustin had to take Casper and Yoshi home before they got a chance to get their pictures taken. Good Girl Pom Pom got a WONDERFUL photo shoot and I can’t wait to get her picture back! At the very least, I was able to snap some quick shoots with my slow digital camera of the the dogs before they went home and got their costumes off. Here are a few highlights:

Casper the Hot Dog (with Mustard) and Yoshi the Skeleton Man

Hmmm…I think perhaps Casper has outgrown his hot dog buns.

I noticed how every time we write a blog that involves Casper going to a public place, it always ends in “Casper got a bit overstimulated.”

He’s a dork.

I love the hot dog outfit. Mustard is so suiting of Casper! I’m sure Yoshi was happy to have Casper there, someone else who’s a little shy in bust places. Not like Pom-Pom, the social butterfly!

Yes, Yoshi and Casper are such great friends! They play together and wrestle and everything…they’ve become bff!
